RATES AND TERMS
Length of stay
Minimum rental is five nights. Discounts for stays of one week or more.
Maximum occupancy
Our rates are for up to four guests. The apartment has two bedrooms. One has two single beds. The other bedroom has a king bed as well as a single-size sofa bed that may be used to accommodate a fifth guest (extra fee applies, please inquire).
What's included in the rental fee
Our rental fee is all-inclusive: Rome tourist tax, end-of-rental cleaning, linens, utilities (including heating and air conditioning), and internet access. A complimentary pick-up from the airport or train station is also included to make your arrival as easy as possible.

Payment is by check or credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted).
Check-in and check-out times
You can check in any time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. -- great if you're arriving on an over-night flight! Check-in before or after these times may incur an extra fee. Regular check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate requests for late check-out.
This is a legal apartment
Unlike many vacation rentals out there, this is a legally registered tourist accommodation. Our registration number with the Regional Tourism Office is 18362, and our National Ministry of Tourism ID (CIN) is IT058091C2AIEE2LLH. We pay our taxes, submit the Rome tourist tax for each guest, and register guests with the authorities as required by law.
The rest
The Spanish Steps Apartment is a "no smoking" property. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. We do not have equipment for babies and toddlers (you would need to bring your own).
